Shipping

Currently we ship within US via USPS Parcel Post/DHL ground/UPS ground.
• 3 to 5 business days
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $140

You will be charged a shipping fee for the items. Items ordered together may not ship together and maybe received separately. Please be at the shipping address to accept delivery during normal USPS Parcel Post/UPS/DHL delivery hours. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Policy

Return period is 7 business days from receipt. If you are not satisfied with the product or received a damaged product you may return the item to us in its original condition and its original packaging with the packing slip(and the invoice) within 7 days of receipt of your shipment for a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. In the case of refunds, the refund will be issued promptly to the credit card used for purchase upon receipt of your returned product. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. This return policy applied to all ordered shipped within US.

How to Return

1. Email us at ask@kittycastle.net. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a return address.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging along with the packing slip and mail back to the address provided by us with RMA written outside the box. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. We recommend you return the item via USPS Parcel Post and insure for its full value. Postage fee for the return shipment must be prepaid. We will provide you with a prepaid mail label if the return is a result of our error.

Payment Methods

In order to provide secure payments for our customers, we only accept credit card transactions and payments via Paypal.

Sales Tax

Môd Design will charge the applicable sales tax for your orders to be shipped to addresses within USA. You are soley responsible for all sales taxes or any other taxes on your orders shipped.

We automatically charge and withhold sales tax of 8.25% for California.

Canceling Your Order

All cancellation must be notified within 24 hrs of the original order. Please contact us by using the Contact link in page header or footer.

Order Verification

For order verification please provide us with your valid email address and phone number when placing your order.

Order Acceptance Rule

Môd Design reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason. Each order is reviewed and we may need additional information to verify your order.

KItty Castle™ respects the privacy of your personal information. When purchasing our products you are asked to provide us with personal information necessary to complete your order. Your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, product name, credit card and payment information. We will be using this information to process, complete your order and communicate with you when necessary. Your personal information will only be used to process your order.

Môd Design will not sell or rent customer info to anyone, but we may disclose your personal info to third party agents in order to process your credit card payment.
